I cannot see any Russian incentive to do this. 

The risk for Russia is extremely high because you risk losing the war and commit country suicide. 

Reward is almost nonexistent. If you want to test reaction time and gather info, you don’t do it over airport because you only disrupt flight time and the reaction time for discovery is instant almost. Of course Russia knows this. The strategic info reward is non existent.

On the contrary, Ukraine has everything to gain. In fact, this is almost the only option they have before collapsing. They’ve been begging NATO to join for years and now that it seems like Trump is siding with Putin, this is desperation mode.

Also apparantly Zelensky already know it’s Russia before anyone else, also before the ”attacked” country who has the most information about this. How the hell can Zelensky already know.

All in all, there are only 2 suspects here:

Russia or Ukraine.
Just think through a realistic strategical logic who makes more sense.

See, one thing i dont understand here is - If you fly your regular store bought drone, they will locate you faster than ads for single moms in your area, but when a car-sized drone appears out of nowhere, stops international traffic, and then just disappears into thin air, it just doesnt make much sense. Especially when they've sent an early warning detection airplane into air just because of this, and now they're saying "oh we dont know where it went".  Much like in New Jersey, Lakenheath RAF airbase, and rammstein airbase last year, which were all visited by "drones", things just dont make any sense. It's not these drones are a size of some car keys that can get lost quickly. So either they have no idea what the hell is happening, or they're just incompetent.

While Russia invading NATO aerial space in the last weeks doesn’t really help their cause, the US had weeks to track these things, yet it was never said which country these belonged to.   
So either the US were totally unprepared to track or bring down one of these things despite having weeks to make a strategy, or they knew exactly where they came from and at this point it could be theirs as well.

I’m not so sure it’s Russia. There was an eyewitness report from last night in Denmark. Someone near the airport ran into a group of police and what looked like special forces. The soldiers were in a bit of a panic and imploring the civilians to leave the area. 

This witness exchanged briefly with one soldier and they were apparently quite rattled by whatever it was they had seen.

It's Russian drones, not "drones". The drones in NJ were drones from an unknown origin. 


There's physical and historical evidence plenty to evidence and prove that these are of either Russian, Chinese or Iranian origin. More likely of Russian origin, unless someone is trying to frame Russia. 


Could it be pesky aliens, flying all the way to Earth from god knows where, travelling to various NATO countries in order to frame Russia perhaps? 


Erm, well, no. I think most sane minds can come to the logical conclusion that there's a marked pattern of behaviour here that follows suit in the Russian playbook. 


But it's fine if Redditors want to make believe, LARP or roleplay I guess. It's been a very, very slow news week and it seems the "congressional hearings" (PR campaign), and "whistleblowers" whole charade has now blown over, so, folk need to remake the wheel.

It’s almost certainly Russia. By testing the perimeters like this, and then denying it vehemently, they can provoke NATO to respond. Then, since they “didn’t do it”, they can retaliate and still maintain the narrative that they are the victim. 
Additionally, this kind of action is a minimal cost to them, monetarily and politically, since they can go through several layers of proxies. The people that so far have been arrested in conjunction with NJ, UK,Copenhagen, and Oslo drone events are all non-Russian. No trace to Russia or Russian intelligence. 
But the resources needed to coordinate something like this, much less acquire these million dollar drones, is far beyond anything that isn’t a state actor. These aren’t quad copters. They’re more along the lines of Predator drones with fixed wing forms. 
China is more interested in capitalistic conflict and intellectual property than kinetic warfare. Only Russia, North Korea, Iran, and a few others, actually want real war.

Can confirm. I live in Copenhagen. The police says those are some large "drones". Airport Director says they intermittently turn on some kind of search lights. 

This reminds me of the Køge Bay incident where multiple witnesses reported very large drones, SUV-size. Two patrols were sent to the area, one patrol car confirmed the sighting.

Update: Copenhagen police is cooperating with Danish Defence Force and military intelligence. They say, that the drones just vanished into thin air. If this means they couldn't track them on radar is uncertain at this time. Copenhagen airport is reipened. Still no further information about these UAPs turning on and off what appeared to be searchlights or scanning beams on the runways, the surrounding area and the airport itself.

Helicopters are flying non-stop here, and the streetlights are turned off in the small village i live in just accross the water from Kastrup.   
Its 03.15 AM here, and its really loud from time to time - def not possible to sleep when they fly overhead. and you constantly hear the rotors going (uploaded a short video, takes to long to upload longer clips..) the darkness is crazy, its like a black wall outside and this is captured with the best phone on the market for dark photos'7videos galaxy s25 ultra...

Noticed that i turned to the window just to show how ridiculously dark it is.. you usually see the glow from the city on the east and even accross the water. One thing that makes it intriguing to me, when we had the incident with the Russian drones in Poland, they were shot down. This was only around two weeks ago. You think NATO/Europe would be on high alert, especially after their pretty blatant stance at the UN yesterday regarding incursions. Yet here we have, more drones, in NATO/EU airspace &amp; no action has been taken, for what reason? I really do find it interesting as it suggests some reluctance to engage these craft.
